Return & Refund Policy – Nawab Elegance

At Nawab Elegance, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

Return or refund is only applicable if:

  • The product you receive is damaged, or

  • The parcel, upon opening, clearly shows any defect or damage.

2. Mandatory Video Proof

To process a damage claim, the following is required:

  • You must provide a video proof of unboxing.

  • The video must clearly show you opening the parcel in its sealed condition.

  • The video must be continuous, uncut, and recorded in one take.

No return or refund will be accepted without proper video proof.

3. Claim Duration

  • Damage claims, returns, or refunds are valid only within 7 days of delivery.

  • Any claim made after 7 days will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Return or refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color or design variation

  • Size issues (if the wrong size was selected by the customer)

  • Used or opened products (non-damage cases)
